The people are very nice and respectful. Why a 1 star? I went there about a year and a half ago to get my whole brake system redone, and it was $2,000. Here I am, about a year and a half later, getting the front brake pads and roters fixed at a different shop becuase they couldn't even last two years and their warranty was only one year. I probably have to fix the back ones too, but we haven't adressed that yet. Getting it fixed at another shop as I type this for infinitely less (with an oil change, mind you). Way too expensive for work that won't last. I'm never going back for services like this again because of it. I'm sure it's out of control of the employees, but for $2,000 that's simply not right.

I would highly recommend Tire Warehouse. They were very nice. They fit me in For an appointment at last minute, they kept me updated of what was going on with my vehicle how much it was. They were very accommodating all around. I also received New England Tire bucks For being a customer and that they valued me, I have never seen anyone ever do that I would highly recommend them to anybody for any work on their car

They quoted me $300 to remove and replace a set of 4 wheels and tires. I already owned the second set of mounted wheels and tires and brought them to the shop to get swapped. Sounded expensive but I needed it done and didn’t have the time to do it myself. Called ahead and told them several times I had a stuck valve stem on one of the tires. Was repeatedly informed by their staff that this would be addressed and “they have a tool for that”. They pushed the job till the very end of the day. When I went to pick up the wheel they said it was taken care of. Turns out they lied and it was still stuck on. No way of measuring the psi or inflating the tire with a frozen valve stem. Took my car to another shop and they replaced the stem for cheap. 5 stars for taking the job on short notice. 1 star for dishonesty and poor customer service 👎
